Vegan Protein Acaí Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon organic acaí powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 scoop any plant-based protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic spirulina powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend frozen berries and acai on a blender or preferably food processor.
  • Add remaining ingredients including the fresh banana, milk, protein, and spirulina powder.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with fresh-cut fruit and granola. Consider some chia seeds, hemps seeds, coconut flakes, and agave for added sweetness.
