Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 cups whole wheat oats
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup (or alternative)
  • dry fruit

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Grind peanuts and almonds. Transfer to a medium bowl.
  • Stir in pumpkin seeds and whole oats.
  • Melt the coconut oil slightly. Add coconut oil and agave to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Place evenly over baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden. Add dry berries and let cool. Store in airtight container.
    TIP: Stir granola after 10 minutes in the oven to ensure even roasting.
