This bowl is a must after my morning workouts! You can’t mess this recipe up. It only took a Hawaii trip to get hooked on acaí bowls. Unfortunately, they were nowhere to be found in my area until recently. After doing some research I discovered they can be made at home in just a few easy steps!
There’s nothing to it except mixing any frozen fruit with Acaí Powder and your favorite plant-based protein powder. Try out this tasty recipe and top with your favorite fruit and protein-rich granola.
I recommend adding in all dry ingredients, except granola, to the blend. Consider adding healthy powder or seeds into the mix.
FGO Organic Açaí Powder has been my favorite thus far. I found this one on Amazon. You can even add it to your smoothies.

Vegan Protein Acaí Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon organic acaí powder
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/3 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 scoop any plant-based protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon organic spirulina powder (optional)
Instructions

Blend frozen berries and acai on a blender or preferably food processor.

Add remaining ingredients including the fresh banana, milk, protein, and spirulina powder.

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh-cut fruit and granola. Consider some chia seeds, hemps seeds, coconut flakes, and agave for added sweetness.
