Sometimes you need a quick batch of Strawberry jam. Pancakes, toast, and even homemade Strawberry Pop Tarts all go well with fresh jam. You only need 3 ingredients: strawberries, sugar and lemon.

Tips For The Ultimate Jam:
- I like to cut the washed strawberries to small chunks, it makes the jam easier to spread
- Strawberries are already sweet, so you can add as little or as much sugar as you need
- Feel free to add other berries or extra lemon juice for a richer flavor
- This recipe is not a tutorial for long-term canning, but you can use this recipe for it
