I can safely say I spent about a full day trying to figure out home to make large cement orbs for my yard.  With so many tutorials I was left with more questions than answers. The solutions was to try for myself and figure it out.

Are they worth the DIYing?

I get asked a lot if these are worth DYing. It ultimately depends on which orb. Be mindful that the process takes time and lots of patience. If you're feeling intimidated I would start by using a small bouncy ball to practice on. This will help you practice technique and identify . REMEMBER: Never clean up cement in your indoor plumbing. You do not want cement down your drains as this can clog them and it will be a disaster to replace.
